加拿大ECA学历认证项目介绍

加拿大学历认证Educational Credential Assessment（ECA）由加拿大境内机构鉴定其他国家学历的真实性，评估与加拿大学历的对等性，判断该学历是否具备技术移民申请资格，以及该学历的EE加分情况。

加拿大ECA学历认证适用人群

加拿大ECA学历认证重要提醒

ECA学历认证报告必须要在加拿大移民局指定的学历认证机构完成，有效期是5年，也就是说学历认证报告下来到递交移民申请的时间不能超过5年。ECA认证周期一般需要1-2个月，建议申请人在雅思考试前1-2个月准备学历认证材料。如果申请人收到EE邀请，申请签证时未提供ECA学历认证报告，移民局会认为申请材料不完整，签证将不会继续审理。还有可能退回签证费，要求申请人重新提交EE申请。

2. ICASC：International Credential Assessment Service of Canada 加拿大国际学历评估服务机构（2013年4月17日指定机构）
3. WES：World Education Services 世界教育服务机构（2013年4月17日指定机构）
4. MCC：Medical Council of Canada 加拿大医学会（2013年4月17日指定机构）
5. PEBC：Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (professional body for Pharmacists) 加拿大药剂学考试委员会（2014年1月6日指定机构）
6. IQAS：International Qualifications Assessment Service 加拿大国际学历评估机构（2015年8月6日指定机构）
7. ICES：International Credential Evaluation Service 加拿大国外学历评估机构（2015年8月6日指定机构）
 

ECA学历认证机构的选择办法

1. 专科医生（NOC3111），全科或家庭医生（NOC3112），必须通过加拿大医学会MCC认证。周期长达半年，一般只认可本科学位。
2. 药剂师（NOC3131），如果需要取得该该职业的执照，则需要做PEBC认证；如果不需要执照，则其他ECA认证机构均可。
3. 如果申请人的职位是其他职业，可以查看移民局指定的学历认证机构官网或者直接与其联系，查询一下哪一个机构适合，需要考虑的因素：材料清单、认证费、认证时间。一般都选择WES (World Education Services)，速度最快，可以只认证最高学历。
